About Curtis Pope

The Story of Curtis Pope

Curtis has taken a nurturing and loving approach to those around him from a young age. From the time he was born in Oklahoma, and was caring after his mother, to the times he has cared about his employees as he would his own family; you’ll find that Curtis Pope has a big heart.

At the mere age of sixteen Curtis was promoted to managerial duties as a hotel chain amongst other individuals twice his age. This boost in respect and maturity was a result of two main factors: his strong, undeniable work ethics; and his compassion and holding both friends and family at the forefront of his thoughts and actions. Taking care of his dear mother at a young age really left him in a place that was far more advanced than most his age. Such an early maturity put Curtis in a prime position to advance his skills in many facets of life he would soon find very useful later in life.

Curtis Pope continued to grow his love of food by furthering his education and becoming a Sous-Chef. Working in such restaurants as the Polo Grille in Baltimore, Maryland; and traveling overseas to the United Kingdom to broaden his horizons on the preparation and presentation of various delicacies.
